Ingredients:
For the Pizza Dough:
- 2 ¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F or 45°C)
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- ½ small onion, thinly sliced
- ½ bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth, then cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Preheat the Oven:
- Set the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside to heat.

Roll Out the Dough:
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer to a pizza pan or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Add shredded chicken, onions, bell peppers, and olives.
- Top with the remaining cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

- Place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
