Ingredients:

For the Pizza Dough:
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F or 45°C)
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
For the Toppings:
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • ½ small onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
    • Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
    • Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth, then cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  2. Preheat the Oven:

    • Set the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside to heat.
  3. Roll Out the Dough:

    • On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle.
    • Transfer to a pizza pan or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
    • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese.
    • Add shredded chicken, onions, bell peppers, and olives.
    • Top with the remaining cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake the Pizza:

    • Place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve!
