  Classic Chicken Rice Recipe😎             Ingredients: 2 cups jasmine rice 4 cups chicken broth (or water) 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breast) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish) 1 cucumber, sliced (optional, for serving) Instructions : Rinse the rice  under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain. In a pot, heat the oil  over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the rice  and stir for 1–2 minutes until lightly toasted. Pour in the chicken broth  (or water) and season with salt and white pepper. Place the chicken  on top of the rice, skin side up.
