Classic Chicken Rice Recipe😎 Ingredients: 2 cups jasmine rice 4 cups chicken broth (or water) 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breast) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish) 1 cucumber, sliced (optional, for serving) Instructions : Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain. In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the rice and stir for 1–2 minutes until lightly toasted.
